This strainer/fat separator works well. The strainer has semi-large holes so, if you need more straining the top removes to allow for your own strainer. The gravy goes out through a hole in the bottom allowing easy view of the fat floating on top. The whole thing comes apart for easy cleaning. I hand wash all of it to prevent the dishwasher from ruining the plastic parts. Overall, this fat separator works great is a good value.
