Love this harness set, and for 20$ it is definitely worth it. Only thing is that it will not work with bigger girls!!!! I am about the same size as the girl in the picture, and so it fit me almost perfectly, but with my bigger friend, it was impossible. Only recommend it to smaller girls, about 100-150(taller girl) lbs and no taller than 5'8 or the leg straps and elastic won't stretch far enough on the legs and waist. There was enough slack on the straps to be able to cut off what I didn't need, and it was made of good quality material to withstand stretching, bending, and moving around while being as tight as it was. It comes in 4 bags, everything neatly packaged, and mine did happen to come with instructions, although I used youtube tutorials to assemble it to save myself the trouble of having to use the Chinese instructions. Overall, it took me about 20 minutes to assemble the harness using youtube tutorials, which is about the fastest you can hope for with so much going on! TIPS: I used velcro on my thighs (hot glued onto my pants and the thigh straps) to keep them in place and it worked really well! Then you won't have to be doing so much adjusting or have to have them so tight to hold them up while you're at a con or photoshoot!
