Great buy for the money
Works pretty well for the price but instructions are of zero use for other than for connecting to your smart device. Can only connect to one device at a time. Will connect to Apple health app also as well as having an app of it’s own. For a basic fitness tracker, tracks heart rate, sleep monitoring, exercising running, walking bicycling, hiking and steps it’s worth it. I’m a Bluetooth kind of guy and my iPhone sits in on the table most of the time I’m home so the Apple fitness app is of not much help, this fitness band keeps track of my fitness goals awfully well and automatically downloads to IPhone. I highly recommend this device to anyone just beginning to track their activity without spending a lotof money. p.s. I’m a big man, a really big man and the silicon wristband fits nicely, I haven’t worn a wristwatch for over 30 years because of a nerve issue in my left wrist that causes an unbelievable amount of wrist & arm pain by even the slightest amount of pressure. p.s.s. This meter is water resistant (not waterproof) for up to 1 meter. Finally, my tracker requires re-synchronizing several times a day, however, this is most likely because I spend so much time out of range of my iPhone’s ability to receive Bluetooth signals.
