I use to have a restaurant and did not feel that a small home fryer would please me. I was wrong. This is a great unit. It is easy to clean, has a charcoal filter to help reduce odor and the thermostat is very accurate. I was very surprised when I turned the dial to 365 degrees, when the light went out I checked the oil with a thermometer and the temperature was perfect. I fried some red snapper and hush puppies today and it was perfect. It was so much easier than heating oil in a pot and trying to keep it at the proper temperature. I was a little concerned about ordering because I had read in other reviews about people cutting their hand on this unit. If that was a problem it seems that it is corrected now. I went all over this unit as soon as I opened it looking for a sharp edge and one does not exist. I have never heard of this brand before, and that bothered me, but this fryer is better than any other I have seen. Having the three baskets is nice and it is very easy to remove the handles and put the baskets and handles in the dishwasher. I highly recommend this one.
