I am not new to supplements. However, I am new to the idea of liquid and sublingual supplements. This companies product is high quality to start with and very easy to use. They sent some excellent emails and very clear instructions on how to use the product. I am not a dainty sized person. I have found their dosage to be appropriate for me, which is not always true. I find the sublingual a faster mechanism for results. The taste is not horrible but tolerable. But then again it just needs to do its job and not taste to horrible to use. I highly recommend both the product and the company. I will become a regular consumer of this product in the future.
