Great bidet for beginners
Bidets are great to get really clean and prevent chafing or hemorrhoids. Typically, you still use toilet paper but just to pat dry after using the spray to get clean. This bidet is a great entry level bidet option to add on to an existing toilet. The bidet is adjustable with the rotating holes for mounting under a toilet seat and the plastic portion is low profile so it doesn't affect the clearance of your existing toilet seat or prevent it from closing. This bidet, while being fairly entry level, comes with dual nozzles as well as a self-cleaning mode which typically you see on much higher-end bidets. Once you have the bidet in place, you'll likely need to adjust the seat slightly for proper usage. The manual says that the bidet comes with a stainless steel supply line, but both the product information on this site and the pictures show the plastic tube that it comes with. The bidet comes with a splitter for using between your toilet supply line and tank, but I recommend that you get a secondary quarter-turn supply valve and a stainless steel supply line for the bidet. The valves aren't brass - the screw-on terminal is plastic - so stainless steel supply lines can mar the thread if you cross-thread it. However, once you install the bidet, it's unlikely to get uninstalled and reinstalled many times, so this isn't a failing and it's in line with the price point. Absolutely make sure you use teflon tape on the threads, as recommended for pretty much every plumbing threads ever. If you're new to using bidets or not sure whether you want a bidet or not, try a product like this to get you started. You're unlikely to go back.
