Man where do I start? First off, LOL at some of these reviews! Bad reviews because it came damaged? That's not even fair to the products usefulness whatsoever. Not as good as a window unit? I mean, yeah window units are efficient because they don't have to discharge through a long HOT hose that's still inside your house. And no one is buying these units to cool down an entire warehouse, so obviously it's going to be noisy in a smallish room. I'd say the 10k unit is very average on noise. It's very cool and so far seems to be very high quality. I am very happy with it.
