As a mom my weight has fluctuated over the years, Over the summer I indulged a bit too much and felt super bloated and sluggish so I wanted A good cleanse. I absolutely loved this cleanse it wasn’t too harsh, yes you run to the bathroom sometimes but I havent Felt this lite in a while .. good for starting fitness routine again :) will try again a couple months from now ... the results were great!! Recommend this product
