TLDR: works for fat women with one hand! Cleans both holes! Ice-cold water is refreshing! I dislocated my right elbow a week ago. Being a big-bummed, big-bellied, big-bosomed woman, one of the things I cannot do in my current splint and brace state is wipe. Normally I can but it’s usually a 2-hand process: pull this or that out of the way, twist a lot, sometimes a leg up is necessary while I lean on a counter, etc. As I can’t use my right hand, this all has been impossible. Also my period started a day ago while I still have no use of my right hand. I have a husband who’s helped me through 2 vertical csections already in our 7 years of marriage. However, if I ask for help, I then have to hear a number of dirty jokes and dramatic expressions of this, that or the other along with a lot of goosing and hoo-hoo-hooing and a number of British colloquialisms for my genitalia. This device has saved my mental health, my patience, AND I’m clean! I can reach the dials with my right hand without twisting too much. My big bum has not broken it. It cleans both holes without me having to deal with my husband. He also likes it and installed it in less than 15 minutes.
