Good camera with a few minor drawbacks
I have several other Amcrest cameras so this ecosystem is familiar to me but as with all Amcrest product, their software is kinda behind the times. Mainly the web view only works via Internet Explorer with a plugin. In Chrome, it is a separate app that will only work on a single camera within your network, even if you forward different ports. Most of my usage is therefore via the Amcrest application on my desktop or the Amcrest app on my iOS devices and those generally work quite well. As for the camera, like I said it produces a nice clear image and has a relatively wide angle which is nice for the front porch, but the plastic tamper dome create a little bit of glare at night when the IR turns on. Likewise, the pan/tilt function of this specific camera is a little odd, with you only having one 'swivel' and then the whole thing rotates. So you can either pan or tilt, but not independently. Achieving a combo of pan and tilt is a tricky process of pivoting the base to the right angle and then turning the lens to accommodate. I much preferred the threaded ring of my prior outdoor (IP2m-844E) which let you pan/tilt freely on any axis and then just screw down the ring to fix it in place. It was super easy and very sturdy.
