Just what I wanted and needed for my 4 year old! We had a cheap Walmart electric toothbrush (the ones with characters on the handle) but the head on it was too big for my 4 year old to maneuver in her mouth. Even though it was sold as a kids brush. And the bristles were hard and hurt her mouth. So I did some digging on Amazon and found this one! It has everything I wanted. A timer, that can't be lost because it's attached. A rinse cup, because let's face it little ones suck at cupping water in their hands lol. A smaller brush head with softer bristles. And cute characters! She loves it! And doesn't fight me when brushing her teeth anymore! Customer service is amazing as well! One of the brush heads didn't want to lock on to the base. No matter what I did. The replacement did just fine. I emailed the company, with the email provided in the packaging, and they've already sent replacement heads! In less than 24 hours they sent new ones out free of charge! Companies that care about the products they put into the world are getting harder to find. This company has already earned a lifetime customer out of my family! I'll be ordering a second set for my 7 year old as well! Thank you! Photos attached are of the brush head issues I had as well as the entire product. The purple brush head is the one that fit correctly. The white was the one I couldn't get to attach. Those 2 photos were all tge proof I was asked to supply for a replacement pack of heads. Simple. Efficient. And fast customer service.
