I’ve been using a vit-d 3 drop for a couple of years now. My naturopathic dr said that it was the form best absorbed by our bodies. I ran out of my usual and didn’t have other things from that company to order so didn’t want to pay shipping. This looked to be the best I found on Amazon for the price (less expensive than what I have been paying). I have been pleased. Seems very similar to what I’m used to. Will purchase again:).
