I ordered three different brands of therapeutic/arthritis gloves and these would be my second choice based on fit, comfort and usefulness for my particular issue. Please read my reviews for the IMAK compression arthritis gloves and the Thermoskin Premium Arthritic Gloves before making your purchase. Size and comfort for all three brands were great. I'm a petite woman with small hands, and the small-sized gloves in each style fit me well without being tight. The Thermoskins are the roomiest, particularly across the palm; the Isotoners are the stretchiest; and the IMAKs are the coziest, with legging-like material and fit. The three brands/styles of gloves differ in their thickness and flexibility: the Thermoskin Premium Arthritic Gloves are the thickest and least flexible; while the IMAK compression arthritis gloves are intermediate in thickness/flexibility, and the Totes Isotoner Therapeutic Open-Finger Gloves are the thinnest and most flexible of the three. If you have to wear the gloves during the day and still be able to have manual dexterity, choose the Isotoners or the IMAKs--I can type this with them on. If you want to keep your joints somewhat immobilized during the day, then go with the Thermoskins. Any of them would work at night.
