Watching this made me feel that America missed out on an incredibly insightful, wise, and empathetic potential President. It is rare to find someone who listens carefully to others and readily admits and learns from their mistakes. I hope that Pete continues to show gay kids that they matter, that America has a place for them...and that place could be the White House. To those complaining about how this documentary on a political candidate was too political...there are no words.
