This tooth powder is part of my regimen to regrow my badly receding gums. I'm very pleased to report it's working! It didn't happen just using this product alone, though, I needed to combine several approaches to get a result. First is oil-pulling once or twice a day for 10-15 mins with coconut oil.... flossing after every meal.... rinsing with hydrogen peroxide.... and then very important is vitamin C! I got the non-acidic Vitamin C powder and place about 1/2 tsp directly on my gums for 10 mins a day, then rinse. I also take 1,000 mg of Vitamin C with every meal, along with a Cal-Mag-D3 supplement. Sounds like a lot of work, but... it IS working! My severely receded gum is growing back after years of just getting worse and worse. Next on my agenda is healing a cavity, I've just ordered some Dr. Christopher's Super-Calc tea blend to help with that!
