I’m sitting in it for the first time right now. It feels awesome! However!!!! It’s kind of rough. I read all the 1 star reviews before buying and a lot of them mention that it’s rough. It not too much for me but for some people that are more sensitive this will be too much. The heat is awesome and it just kneads your back like pizza dough. The vibration on the seat cushion is kinda pointless but it feels pretty good. I like go you can lay it down on a bed if you want. Controls are simple and convenient. I would definitely recommend for anyone with a right back and shoulders. I’m 6’0” and it doesn’t go up high enough to get my neck while sitting. It really works your back hard so no sissys!
