UPDATE: After leaving 2 star review below, I was contacted by the seller. They advised that the product was modified and improved as a response to customers feedback. They offered to send me the new product for free, to test it out and give them my thoughts of the new product. Since it was free and I was in a desperate search for the perfect pillow, I agreed. Shipment arrived within a week. The new pillow has a removable pad at the bottom, which I guess was to adjust the thickness. I am 5'2" and my husband 5'10". We both tried the pillow with the pad removed and liked it. The contour hugs our neck and keep our head straight. I am a side sleeper and the pillow seems to work well. As promised to the seller, I am giving an honest update upon trying the new and improved product. I give 4 stars for the pillow, and the additional star for outstanding customer service. If you are considering this product, making sure it is the newly improved one. ORIGINAL: (2stars) the contour of the neck is a lot higher in reality, making my neck bend up. For reference, I am 5'2" female and this pillow is too thick for me. I have no complaint when it comes to quality of the foam or fabric.
