I was very excited to use this product but only to be very disappointed. They are claiming wireless works and it does not work at all. The girl Lisa in customer service continues to lie and says it works, I've tried every angle and still does not on my s10. They also claim it will charge 6x on samsung and I've only got 4 charges on a full charged power bank. I am not satisfied and got ripped off. Update: I was able to get a replacement and just tried out the new battery and the wireless charged my phone. I have not tested how many charges it does in total but the first one received was defective. Customer service do care and they will support you if anything goes wrong. Will update once battery charges 6x.
