After a recommendation from my therapist I said why not and gave it a try. I have been extremely pleased with the results and will be ordering this product forever at this point. I have been dealing with some personal issues, lack of sleep, stressed, you name it the weight of the world on the shoulders. No longer is this the case. I have been much more calm and relaxed . The last several long road trips with family have been pleasant.. This has been a huge benefit to my family that has to endure that kind of erratic behavior on occasion . I wish someone had told me or introduced me to 5-HTP earlier in my life because I think a lot of issues could have been curtailed sooner than later.
