I'm 5'3, 115 lbs. I ordered the medium based on the product description as being Asian sizes. It is not Asian sized. The medium is big on me, but it will have to do since returns to China are difficult and costly. The body and sleeves are long, so tall people should be pleased with it. The color and material are not what they appear in the listing photo. It's a thick, stretchy material in a solid color.
