This makes the perfect frittata, quickly and easily. The product itself I give 5 stars to, the instruction not so much. I had to do some experimentation on my own to figure out what works best because at first the egg was still liquid and then it got overdone. Now, however, I think I have found the the perfect recipe (at least for my microwave). You can use up to two eggs and whatever mix-ins you want or have on hand. I always add a splash of milk too for fluffiness. I cook in the microwave on high for one minute with the vent close, then another two minutes with the vent open. When all is said and done I have a three minute breakfast that cooks on its own while I'm getting ready. Note: the more filling you put in, the less egg it's going to fit and it can overflow. I also find it to be very nonstick. The frittata just slid right out without any trouble.
