We have been using this toaster for about a month now. It's better than I expected. I wanted one that would lift the toast when done, so the choices were slim. This one does everything perfectly. We live far from town so our bread is usually frozen, it has a button for that also & the toast in one push down comes out perfect. Haven't tried the bagel setting. Extra bonus is how the cord wraps back in. Did a lot of research before buying and we are very happy with this purchase.
