I suffered a brain and neck injury in 2016. I have consistently suffered neck pain accompanied by nerve pain since. I've found it difficult to find a good supportive pillow for my style of sleeping, which is both a back and side sleeper. This pillow is the perfect solution. It allows me to comfortably switch from back to side sleeping with no more effort than an average pillow, but the support for the neck is certainly noticeable. It has helped relieve my neck pain significantly even when several medical therapies have failed. I also like that the company is willing to send additional padding, allowing customers to customize the pillow to fit their exact needs. I would definitely recommend this pillow to others. I have it a 4-star because it would be nice to have some optional additional padding included for customers to test out rather than having to contact the company and wait.
