Held up well under difficult winter storm
I took a Noah's Tarp on a solo winter trip to Yosemite National Park. I used it as a secondary 'roof' over my 3-season tent; my primary interest was to protect my tent from ice and snow falling from trees and onto the tent. A storm dropped sixteen inches of heavy 'sierra cement' snow my first night and eight inches the second night. Noah's Tarp held up well to the abuse. The poles flexed severely but did not bend. This storm required 3 guy lines (a total of 12 stakes) on each corner to support the weight of the snow. Properly guyed, this tent would be secure in strong winds, too. After the trip, I inspected the grommets and stitching; everything held up and is ready for more. I have posted a 'customer image' to show the tarp in action.
