I ordered this piano and was a bit concerned about such a large and heavy item being shipped without any problems. Not only did it show up on time, but it was like I picked it up from a local music store. It was packaged very well. I assembled it in about an hour and the instuctions were very clear. As for the piano itself, I am very happy with the sound and the weighted keys feel just like an "analog" piano. The cabinet and wood finish look awesome. The headphone jacks are also great because I often play at night when my wife is sleeping in the next room. If you are on the fence, hopefully I just gave you a big push.
