So let me start with TikTok made me do it. I was excited and could not wait to get my Compact Washer the first one I received had a hole in the drain hose which caused water to leak all over my bathroom floor, it took about 1 month to receive the the replacement. Once I received the replacement it didn’t work it would not spin it would just make a cracking noise. The seller when notified expected me to do all these crazy things send a video, take pictures and more pictures like If I was making things up. So being me I got annoyed flipped the washer to the side and noticed the motor was missing a screw that I found on the side of the panel of the washer got screwed it in and tightened the other ones. After turning into a technician and fixing it myself my washer works great I do not regret my purchase after I had to fix it. It washes nice but keep in mind you might have to turn into a technical person.
