The vacuum itself it great. No roller so won't scratch my floors. Picked up kitty litter. Very compact. It's like a dust buster with a stick..gets into tight areas... BUT...I got it...spent $35 which I thought was a good price..well...seller had it shipped from Wal-Mart! Had an invoice for $19.99 inside the box. Sure enough I went to Wal-Mart's website typed in Bissell 3 1 stick vac and they're in stock in store 2 miles from my house for $19.99. Totally over paid. Why pay double? Not mad seller..mad at myself for not researching more
