This stuff is DEFINITELY worth the hype and the price and the wait. I've been eyeballing the product due to the very good rating here on Amazon, but every time I checked on it, it was out of stock. It FINALLY became available again just the other day and I snatched it up really quick. My hair is naturally blonde but also processed to a lighter blonde, though I've let processed portion grow out. Since I haven't put anything on my hair in months and months, the processed bits started looking brassy and yellow. That's why I decided to try this product. I watched a few tutorials on YouTube and did like they did, I put the product in my hair after using a clarifying shampoo. My hair was still wet when I put the product on, as advised. It was super purple and messy so I did it in the shower. It all literally washed right off my shower floor/walls/curtain just by spraying it with the shower head, so no big deal. I left the product in for like, ten minutes. Washed it out. It definitely took some of the brassiness out and cooled the tone, but I had a feeling I could have gotten better results. So while my hair was still wet, I put the product in my hair a second time. This time I did it in front of the mirror so I could see what I was doing. I also used a comb to make sure it got on every strand. I left it in 20 minutes this time and got the exact results I wanted. I don't know if it's a mixture of having used a mirror, a comb, the fact that my hair wasn't as wet as it was the first time, and also because I left it in longer, but it turned out FANTASTICALLY this time. I was going for a super ash blonde and that's what I got. I ADORE this product. My hair is so soft and moisturized and smells so nice. What's great is that it's a decently sized jar, you'll get many uses out of it.
