This thing is outstanding. It blew my mind how easy it was to setup, just unscrew the toilet seat, sit this bidet between, and screw everything back in. It's easy to attach the water line into the toilet as well, just be sure you turn the water off first. When I bought it I was envisioning a spray like a water fountain but it's more like a scraping stream. Even at low settings it can hurt a little, but after a few uses I could turn it on full blast and it didn't bother me anymore. I have intestinal issues and had a surgical procedure that requires me to keep things very clean back there and this helps amazingly well. You still need toilet paper to wipe up the water but this does a much better job than TP at maintaining hygiene. Just expect the water to be as cold as the water line feeding it and when you flush remember it shares water with your toilet so it takes a minute for pressure to build back up. Also the jet travels extremely far, it WILL get your bathroom walls wet if you let it.
