I'm not sure how I feel about this. I was very excited to get this between our sinus issues and our dry old house, unfortunately after a few nights of use it makes this god awful screeching noise, it sounds like the motors are jamming or something. Also, there is a beeping to change the settings, which I don't mind until it beeps to turn off while your sleeping. That's a function they should definitely not have, it wakes us up every time. If it worked properly I would be pretty excited, but I think I'll be going back to my crane humidifier. Makes me sad. :( UPDATE 11/18/2016: The customer service team of VicTsing contacted me via email about my previous review. While I was in contact with them the offered to send out a replacement unit to see if that worked better. I received the unit and so far so good... fingers crossed! I changed my star review because their customer service is excellent and is really ontop of their game. Thank you again for all your help.
