I've never found an artificial sweetener that I like, I'm very picky and would rather just do without. I read about this in a blog and decided to try it, but was prepared to be disappointed. I used it as a 1:1 replacement for sugar in a traditional baked cheesecake recipe. It was AMAZING! Zero aftertaste and completely indistinguishable from the original recipe - as confirmed by a very doubtful husband and 2 young children. I look forward to experimenting with it in more recipes!
