I have been using this blend by applying it to the bottom of my feet for a couple of weeks now and have been sleeping especially well. However, 2 nights ago I decided to diffuse the blend on my bedside table and WOW!!! I am amazed at how quickly I fall asleep! I have also had VERY vivid dreams the past 2 nights as well which is really interesting. I wake up feeling refreshed and not "drugged" like I did when I was using unisom or nyquil. I am so happy to have found a natural alternative for a sleep aid! I use 3 drops in my diffuser. I can't relay how happy I am with this product and EVERY Eden's Garden oil that I have used; singles and synergy blends alike!
