In my previous review I was not happy with my machine because of the thread guide. While using invisible thread it cut the guide and cut my thread every time I used it. However, I fixed the problem with a piece of a command strip. Problem solved. I have had my machine for six years and that’s the only problem I have had. I did take it in to be cleaned and serviced last year (first time) the service tech said it was a great machine. It only needed cleaning. I see a lot. I reverse my previous review and would recommend this machine. I love it.
