My brother has a rare chromosomal disorder and this is his favorite toy. He likes to hold it next to his cheek and enjoys the consistent movement/vibration. It was not easy to find prior to amazon. Thank goodness we can now get replacements as needed, and ensure he is never without his weazel ball!
