Dash company really makes some good products. I bought the little waffle maker and I loved it so much that I got this mini skillet, too! I made an egg on it and it turned out perfectly. I spread a little vegetable oil, dropped on the egg, closed, and cooked for about 90 seconds. The egg was perfectly fried and still yolk-y in the center. I wouldn't recommend using spray oil because they tend to gunk up non-stick surfaces like this. A few drops of regular cooking oil are really all you need.
