I ordered this pillow bc my hips and knees have been acting up lately and I was hoping it would help. It came in very quickly. I received a lovely email making sure the product was satisfactory- however I admit, I didn't respond right away bc I wanted to give it a little time to test out. I'm really enjoying it! I still have some hip pain but I twist and turn all night and end up in a different position than when I went to sleep so the strap is amazing for that! It's comfortable, the pillow is light, supportive, and stays on no matter which way I turn. I love it so far. I would recommend it. The company has been very outgoing and have offered great customer service. They really wanted to make sure I was happy with their product- which I am. Thank you.
