We really like this toaster. It has made two excellent pairs of toast so far. It's also really yellow, and we like that. It has buttons for defrosting or reheating toast, which I doubt I will ever use, but still very cool! No Bagel button, but that feature is so played out already. Who wants their bagels only cooked on one side? Weirdos, that's who. And, get this! It comes with a brush for cleaning crumbs that stick inside. Plus an easy-to-use crumb tray. Crumbs are completely under your control with this toaster. To summarize: Great toaster, no crumb issues, YELLOW
