I am self-employed and I work out of a van doing service work, so to have a nice hot meal ready sometime in the afternoon is really nice . I put hot soup into this thermos at 8:45 AM today, and I ate it at 4:50 PM and it was still so hot I had to blow on it to eat it. Not only does it work extremely well it is beautifully designed the height and width proportions are perfect and it has a brushed stainless steel exterior , it is perfectly balanced it just looks nice and feels nice ,absolutely a perfect product . There is just enough room to fold a small paper towel inside the cup between the thermos and the stopper so you can clean up after your meal. This is one of the most efficient , beautiful products I have ever reviewed . Saturday, November 7, 2020, updating this review, I recently purchased a competing manufacturers product because it was slightly bigger, and took it to work, along with this product, Both filled with hot boiling liquid. At 1 PM I opened the competitor’s product, and it was pleasantly hot, but by no means hot enough. A full 2 1/2 hours later I opened up my old THERMOS brand flask and it was still scalding hot!!!, too hot to drink without blowing on it! I cannot think of a better endorsement for this product, it totally outperformed the other one, which has already been sent back and replaced with another THERMOS brand item , arrived today in a lovely olive green ❤️👍
