Only product I've bought that actually "cured" my plantar fasciitis. I've tried all the OTC inserts, bought multiple compression "socks"/wraps, tried the rolling ball flex exercises...you name it. I'm military, and put these in my boots. Probably wore them longer than suggested at the beginning, but the slight pain from the hard inserts was nothing compared to the chronic pain of plantar fasciitis. After about 3-4 weeks of wearing these every day, I have NO MORE PAIN. I mean it. Two + years of constant pain with nothing working, and these did it. Phenomenal.
