Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This is now our third purchase of this same model machine. The first one lasted many years and finally died (after very hard daily use). Now we have two of these sharing the daily duties and they are holding up great. We use them really hard, really frequently and aside for regular cleaning/maintenance (descaling, etc..) they have been trouble free and flawless. There of course are cheaper ways to make bulk coffee, but there are rarely any other ways to allow for a multitude of employees with different tastes. This allows us a good/quick/easy mix of decaf, caffeinated, dark roast, light roast, tea, and more. Overall we consider this the best option for our office. See attached picture for a representation of the color (which is pretty true to what is shown in the listing). I will say the Black one we have looks just a little bit better, for some reason the red one just looks cheaper (even though they are identical) to us.
