It WORKS!
I have been taking SANAR collagen capsules for about 3years. This is the only collagen supplement that I will use. It is easy to swallow and has no taste. No mixing or preparation. I can definitely see a difference in the elasticity of my skin especially in the neck area. It also makes my nails grow faster. I am 62 yes old and get compliments on how nice my skin looks.
