This turned out to be a really good purchase, especially if you love taking baths. I was hesitant to buy it at first because I thought the price was a little steep. I was also thinking of just purchasing the standard one instead of the Deluxe. However, because the price difference isn’t that much, I opted for the seemingly better version. I believe it was he right decision. Now, I can’t speak about the standard one, as I’ve never used it. The Deluxe version, however, is serving to be a necessity. My husband was in a wreck a couple of months back and taking a hot bath relieves his back pain (of course, with regular doctor’s visits - therapy & chiropractic treatments included). The hard surface of the tub made it uncomfortable for him to stay in it for a longer period of the time. When he tried laying this down on the tub and taking his usual bath, he was able to stay in a lot longer in the tub. I tried it myself as well, and it’s really comfortable. The suction cups are also the best quality. Make sure not to just pull the mat to unstick it from the tub. The suction cups are so strong that if you pull just the mat, it may tear it. I would always have to pry the suction cups themselves off of the tub. We also don’t have hooks int the tub so after using it, we would rinse and stick it back onto the wall to dry.
