The order was perfect. The foam was rolled up in a shrink-wrapped roll and the rest of the bed was in another shrink-wrapped roll. It took 3 minutes to open both and place the foam inside the bottom of the pet bed and zip the zipper! I received exactly what I expected to. If the bed could be improved, higher sides would be nice (big dogs have longer necks and bigger heads). However, what arrived is exactly what I expected and it "works".  I have an older dog who likes a soft place to rest her hips and joints at night.  I attached a picture of he bed (grey) Our puppy jumped in the picture (this is not her bed!). She is 55 lbs and a fully 95% grown Golden Retriever- when she curls up in it (or the larger, 65lb older dog does), there is plenty of room. Order arrived fast- company seems good (my first time ordering form them). Ordered out of need, two dogs and one "good" bed. Puppy kept stealing the good bed! Now two "good beds"
