These work really well but you cannot take them forever. As many other reviewers have said, the EDTA will drain you. It is a synthetic used to chelate out minerals-- all minerals-- thus draining your body of calcium, iron, zinc, everything. I took these for a month to fight a horrible candida infestation (vaginal infection and sinus) and had to stop because I felt like a twig ready to snap. That being said, the DO work. I shed tons of candida in the toilet and really helped kick start my battle against it. I would not take these longer than a month.
