I am a barista at a local coffee shop here in LA and we used to use liquid stevia or monk fruit for our drinks, but...The previous brand that we've been using somehow developed a weird aftertaste. Plus, when we did a costing analysis, we learned that powdered monk fruit sweetener will slightly cost less than if we will use the liquid one so we searched for a better brand and after testing out different brands, we settled with this. First, it has great taste. No bitterness! Second, it mixes well with hot and cold water, no hassle Third, a little goes a long way. A bag of this can serve a lot tbh. Unlike regular sugar, with this one, you don't really need a lot. Fourth: It enhances the flavor of our drinks! Our sweet lemon iced tea with this as the sweetener is best!!!
