First I will say this, I orginally loved this product. It was my go to for infused water and tea. It always made my day to start off with this. Best part I could do it one the go when I was heading to work. But after 2 weeks of use, it BROKE!! The inside glass cracked and broke. I am so disappointed. I only hand washed it, always put it back in its sleeve. I don't understand why? I bought this because it was beautiful, elegant and useful. I might as well go back to a metal tumbler instead. At least it will have longevity. Edit: After I posted the original review, the owner of the company contacted me directly. She apologized and sent me a replacement tumbler as well as gave me a refund. The customer service for this company is AMAZING!! They are understanding and very kind. They got everything done swiftly and painlessly. While am still a little upset that my original tumbler broke the way it did. I am more than willing to give it another go.
