Does it work? Yes! Is it gentle? Heck no! I don’t have any children but I think started having contractions when this tea kicked in. My goodness. Grab a pillow, towel, & your cell phone to take to the bathroom. I broke into a cold sweat and got so dizzy, I couldn’t wait for it to be over. This tea cleaned me out from head to toe. I just wish it was more gentle. I thought my life was over on that toilet. Use at your own risk! Good luck
