UPDATE: I had an issue where after I pressed start, the bubbles wouldn't go into the bottle. I reached out to their support team (help@sparkel.com) and here was their answer: "This issue can be permanently corrected by firmly pushing the bottle down when you see the bubbles stop." I did it and it worked. Here is the video. Thought I would share in case someone else experiences the same thing :) I still love my bubbles! -------------------------------------------------- Ordered Monday and it arrived Tuesday. Super high-quality product that is super easy to use. My kids are already using it every day after school. I like that I'm not throwing Perrier and San Pellegrino bottles into the recycling bin anymore. Plus I can choose the type of bubbles - usually we press level 2 for medium bubbles, but have also tried level 3 for big bubbles. I haven't made any bubbly cocktails yet but we'll try it this weekend. Health-wise there is an upside - we can put our own fresh ingredients to flavor the water. As opposed to reading the ingredients on the side of a St. Croix can or whatever. And the machine looks nice and modern on the counter. I definitely recommend the Sparkel. A new must-have kitchen appliance in our home! 5 stars thanks
