Perfect for straining a gallon of homemade yogurt! I started making homemade strained (Greek) yogurt and this nut bag has made it even easier! I make yogurt with 1 gallon of milk at a time, which yields about two quarts of yogurt once the whey is strained off. I used to have to divide the yogurt into several coffee filter-lined bowls over strainers to strain the full gallon of yogurt. I can fit the whole gallon of yogurt into this bag! YAY! I hang it from my cabinets over a bowl on the counter until it's the consistensy we want. I make yogurt 2-3 times a week and this is seriously a life saver!
