When I first started taking the powder, it made my head hurt and stomach upset. I was taking three scoops full, “the scoop that comes with the powder.” I adjusted it to one, like one of the reviews said, and a few weeks later added a little more. Perfect! I have noticed my hair growing faster and my skin looks amazing 😉. I recommend this product.
